Keep your music playing.

Use the system file or folder picker in Sidus. Choose audio you own or are authorized to access. Sidus indexes the selected location without moving or deleting the original files.

1. Confirm that the drive, iCloud Drive folder, or file provider is available.
2. Open the source in Sidus and choose the recovery or reselect action.
3. Select the same folder again through the system picker.

Sidus keeps cached library information while a source is temporarily unavailable. Reconnecting a source does not delete the original music.

• Confirm that the current file is still available and readable.
• Check the selected audio output and device volume.
• Pause and resume once after changing headphones or output devices.
• Quit and reopen Sidus if macOS or iOS has reset the audio service.

If playback remains stuck, include the device model, OS version, and the last action that worked when contacting support.

Use Restore purchases in Sidus when a subscription is missing after reinstalling or changing devices. Apple handles billing and refunds.

Open the connection in Sidus settings and review its status. Reconnect only after checking the privacy and cost disclosure. Local playback and playlists remain available when an online provider is disconnected.
